That and the company only has to recharge laser guns but they have to buy new paintballs everytime someone plays which adds to the cost. Not to mention the cost of getting the paint cleaned off of the boiler suits and masks they give you, not to mentioning cleaning the actually outside area once in a while. It all adds up.

The one I go to in Edinburgh is great! You always go in with tons of absolute strangers who are older and younger than you. It's all in near pitch dark, there are no teams and it's stretched over two floor of a building with lots of ramps, hiding places and so on in the maze like area you are fighting in. It's a lot of fun. Have a go. You just need to think of a really cool nickname to be called so when they tally up your score everyone knows that *insert nickname" shot you in the chest/arm/knee/shoulder and I think there's a sensor on the gun. I normally go with the names:

>Skynet
>Bane
or
>Hitler
The last one, depending on whos working there, they don't often let you play as. I also kept quiet about that name the time I went with a German foreign exchange student. Sheesh.
