It's very difficult to accurately estimate scale at such a distance. A smaller plane or a missile 'dressed up' as the supposed plane would have given the same visual effect.
For example, there was a program on 4 about a UFO hoax, where they sent up a fake saucer about 20ft across. The eye witnesses gave it absolutely vastly different estimates of its size.
So really, the visual verification doesn't mean much at all.

I image technically they mean at an increasingly shallow angle close to ground level by the time it was about it hit.
And I'm sure the aviation fuel wouldn't have been too hard to fake.
Again, I'm not saying I buy the theory, just that the technical details hold some water, as being *possible*.
My actual opinion:
I remember the moon landing conspiracy theory evidence looked pretty compelling before I read stuff that legitimately explained virtually all the 'evidence' that it was a hoax.
There's always scope to dispute things like this. I don't want to close my mind to the possibility that it was a scam, but it would take something *much* more watertight that this to convince me.
Anyway, it was aliens that blew up the WTC, they did it to distract US resources from the space race, so that we don't find their colony on mars.
They broke that first mars lander too.
;^)
If I honestly believed my vote would make the tiniest bit of difference to me and my family, I would do it. But it won't.
The country doesn't give a crap about me, just my National Insurance contribution and tax ££'s.
I am a number, like everyone else. An easily replaceable part of a colossal machine. I don't particularly believe in what this machine is doing.
I'm full of metaphors today.

No interest and then you grumble? See the flaw?
But what the hell has changed? Politics and governments HAVE ALWAYS had opposition, people grumbling privately and openly, and there has always been the threat of a crazy US ;)
'Put up and shut up'. How would something change?!! I know that change does not occur unless there is mass support, yet if that is an attittude widely held, what's the point of even living in a democratic nation?! Even if it makes no difference, one should not lose the belief that you should just be quiet and go along with things - and while the current government aren't exactly great, they aren't anything new as such.
oo, I'm cliched and optimistic today.

But I have no interest whatsoever in politics. If a law is passed that I absolutely object to, or if tax reaches a level that is so damaging as to make my life unliveable, then I'll be likely to take an interest in opposing our system.
All news is bad news when it comes to the government. All my friends who went to university years before me have almost no outstanding debts, where as I am looking at about 15 grand. If I had stayed on longer, there is no telling what the fees would have been ramped up to. Taxes are heading through the roof, pensions are being cut short, life is becoming more and more difficult for Joe public, and there is little to indicate it would improve if another party took control of the country.
What is there to believe in? It's getting to the stage where you may as well just put up and shut up, and hope that some power crazy lunatic like George Bush doesn't get us all vaporised.
I can't be assed to waste my limited time thinking about it all. Perhaps what the world needs is another world war ;D

This might sound incredibly cliche, but if you don't use your rights you'll lose them.
Same with evil; 'Evil only succeeds when good men do nothing'

and it would usher in the era of ..... the road warrior.
Starting a war on false pretences however, I can believe.
The architect said it best in the Matrix Reloaded :
"Humans will accept reality, as long as they are given the ILLUSION of choice"
I have never voted, but as one american guy said to me on Live the other night "I don't whinge about the government either".
I don't see the point, our illusion of choice is just that - whoever runs this country, or the world is beyond our control, and we are for the most part just pawns in a global sick game. The powerful can do as they please, and we are doomed to watch it all play out as we busy ourselves with the pursuit of simple and mundane dreams. Are we really 'civilised' after all?
"The F-16 jet fighter (see 1. above), under remote control, flies at high speed toward Washington D.C. (perhaps after crossing the flight path of AA Flight 77), descends to near ground level, makes a horizontal approach to the Pentagon, fires a missile which produces a huge explosion at the outer wall of the Pentagon, then itself crashes into the building (at 9:38 a.m.), its engine penetrating several rings of the Pentagon.
In the alternative theory it is an AGM-86C cruise missile which strikes the Pentagon."
Slight problem - footage events shot by multiple persons/organisations clearly showing the only thing which hit was an airliner full of people.
Plus, flying at ground level in Washington? Do these guys own a map?? And last time I noticed missiles didn't contain aviation fuel which burns in pools on the ground.
But hey, I guess the anti-american anti NWO gang is getting desperate....
