Erm....I need a little help with some Electronics coursework.

Does anyone know how to make a device that times for Y amount of time then makes the buzzer sound off after that time for about 5 seconds. The only Chip I'm allowed to use is a 555 timer. Any help is appreciated.

I have to make it using PCB.
I am using Crocodile Technology to design it.
