Ladies and Gents. I am sat here, at home bored, watching the clock. Why?


Because my postman doesn’t come till 1pm – at the earliest.

He has Mondays off, and he doesn’t wake up till 10pm on weekdays. Then when he gets round to picking up his mail, he will call in the paper shop for a cup of tea, and a chat. By the time he reaches my house on the hill its 1 going on 2!

I won't say where I live-just incases he is sat at home, reading SR posts.

It doesn’t help when I’ve got important mail coming to my house, like Sphinx and the cursed mummy.

lucky you, my postman has being posting for many happy years now, and he has his own van, to drive from door to door, there is no chance he will retire or be replaced soon. :P

My postie used to deliver the mail at about 12-1pm.

Then she was replaced...
