I'm talking about pancakes, you filthy deviants. I've got to wait until Saturday for mine because my girlfriend's Dad works nights all week, and we can only have them done by her because she makes them so good. Apparently. I'm no good at cooking them, so I tried to put all the ingredients in my mouth at once and jumped up and down.

eggs, milk and plain flour..and a pinch of salt.

2 eegs
1/4 pint of milk
200g plain flour

Mix until there are not lumps. Heat up the frying pan on the hob with some oil until pan is hot (use a tefal (sp) one where the red spot indicates if its not enough) then pour a small amount of the mixture and swirl around the pan until its nice and round. Don't leave it too long before you begin tossing!

I do realise this is a little late..so save the instructions for next year!

You'd never get a wolf in a pan, let alone get it to sit for 10 minutes whilst you fry it. It's impossible.
