Not all newbies are stupid, but a newbie should never be voted notable as if they are still a newbie, then they haven't contributed enough to make the forums a better and more enjoyable place.

And whilst the last couple of elections have not specifically stated that you cannot vote for a newbie, they used to. The reason newbies can't vote is they are considered to not have been around enough to know who is worthy of being voted for. Yet some of you still think that they should elect newbies as notables?!
