Yes tomorrow is Pancake Day and I for one am looking forward to it. I don't know the origins of P-Day but it's definitely better than a few of the other holidays out there. Especially all the ones named after saints. Anyway I am looking forward to it, in fact I am making pancakes right now in preparation. That way I don't need to make them when I wake up although I'll end up making more of that sugary goodness anyway. How about you? What is your take on Pancake Day? Go on have a nibble, and join in Pancakes Day!

We have two days off because of the AUT and NUS strikes. I myslef will be holding a "silent strike", which consists of staying in bed until 12 and not doing anything particularly useful.
Pankcake Day for me means 2 periods off lessons and The Greaze.
Keep with the French tradition and make Crepes:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup of water
¼ tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Cook as you would your pancakes but remember the essential, Nutella and voila – you have crepes, c’est fantastique!

Have some in the house and some maple syrup my bro brought back from Canada so I would imagine we will be eating them tomorrow. I prefer to make them though but they never seem to turn out tasty.
