Yeah and I'm getting at the fact that if they don't meet targets for a day, their "boss" won't even pay them the 60p or whatever they need to buy the day's food.

What im getting at is the fact that the tide doesnt just come in and swamp you, surely they should have realised the water was getting deeper...
