My ears have popped.
I've tried doing the thing where you hold your nose and blow but it seems to have made my deafness even worse.

I did that just to test my theory by the way... And it works. Hurrah!
Uhhhh... I just had ago at holding my nose and blowing... I have to say, I do not recommend it.

Hahaha... That makes it worse. Chew some chewing-gum. That helps.

Unbreak your ears? How about flicking them, or cleaning them out?
Drink until you can't feel feelings. I don't quite know how that would help you with your situation but it's a plan.
