More like it was a crap storyline. How would Monica and Chandler get custody when Ross would be:

a) the father
b) alive

?

Besides, Friends is one of those shows where no one dies.

I think they should have ended it as planned last series...they were gonna kill off Rachel then Monica and Chandler were going to adopt Emma...that's why they had the story line of M&C not being able to have a baby...but sdaly they bottled it and signed everyone up for one more season.

Yeah $1,000,000 per episode and quite a few episodes. (Quality over quantity compared to britcoms?)

As for the number of episodes, series 1 - 9 were 23 to 25 episodes long. However if my memory serves me correctly it was agreed upon that they would only do a series 10 if the number of episodes were less. I just went to a Friends website and it lists 18 episodes for series 10 (the first 14 only being those with titles so far).

So it looks like series 10 only has 18 episodes, so $6,000,000 less for each of them compared to series 9.

Of the 6 which have promising movie careers now?

i thought fridays episode wasnt much good, but they have definitely sexed it up a bit this season.(i sure bell will object to me using the term sexed up " but there's no proof,you dont know what you're on about,you havent even seen friends")

It's getting better :) Far too much info on Ross' personal habits though..lol..
