When you download an internet file such as the macromedia shockwave one, where abouts does it go on your computer?

I have been having trouble downloading components such as shockwave and other things (nobody seems to know why) but I have found a manual way of downloading them, but I need to extract the files to the correct folder so I can use them, and I don't know where they need to be extracted to.

Help me out if you can.

Ha, there ARE flaws in it :-D

So basicaly you can either open up Mozilla and browse the net, or Internet Explorer, and browse the net? They can coexist?

You can keep IE in the background...

I still have it there.. Mozilla doesn't seem to want to play videos embedded into sites...

Hmm.

I'd have to think before making a switch.

How easy is it to revert back to IE ?

It's an internet suite - there's the broser called Navigator, Mozilla Chat (IRC), a web editor and email. Firefox is a broswer only, but is better than Mozilla.

You could use the search option in your start menu to find it.
