I know Valve handled the Dreamcast version of Half Life but to be honest I have no idea who has taken on the Xbox version.
Surely another company deals with transferring HL2 from PC to xbox? This has been done with the JK series and Doom 3. I expect Valve are just focused on the PC version.
I hope it is canned for the Xbox purely because they will make more of an effort with maximising the PC version. I know that sounds a bit on the cruel side but they have c*cked up Deus Ex: Invisible War with a silly console style interface and simplified gameplay and it looks like they have done the same with Thief 3 according to Gamespot.
