Yeh, he coudl do them for assult aswell.
While I don't agree with cheaters he was dealt with in a REALLY stupid manner!
It's just another example of how unprofessional the computer game industry is!
I think that guy would could easily sue to people hosting that lan party for the way he was man-handeled and his computer (not a cheap piece of equipment) was completely trashed, and then pillaged by other sweaty geeks!

Despite agreeing with them throwing him out I would have s**till gone back to kick the sh*t out of the fat sod who through my PC on the floor. It would take a good few people to pull me off as I proceeded to dismember him.
