Here we are. SR F1 has reached it's third season and this time, the rules are changing again, due to popular demand. They are simple but can get a bit complicated, so bear with me. Any questions, let me know.

For those unaware of this series, the rules are simple. I run the race through Grand Prix 4 on the PC and I post the results. The drivers ratings are all the same so no one gets the advantage. For those not doing so well this time around, there is a back up championship where you use your power of prediction in order to win. The prediction topic will be the race preview so make sure you read it if you want to enter.

To start the season, I require 22 drivers. I might start the season earlier, but it depends on certain things. At the moment, 9 drivers have been confirmed and 2 teams are full. Here is a list of teams and drivers so far: (For more info on the drivers and teams, check the website)

Okay, here is the complicated bit. The reserved drivers are allowed to re-enter their previous team but only have their 2 week reserve to do that. You must confirm your driver and the team that you wish to enter. It will all work itself out. Just keep an eye on it. You have until the 27th February and then the reserves are open to everyone. Here are the remaining drivers to choose from:

Irvine - KR (Held for 2 weeks)
Heidfeld - Shadow (Held for 2 weeks)

Any person with a reserve driver can change immediately and free up their current reserve. I hope you are all still with me.

Remember to pick your driver and a list of teams (just incase you can't get in the team you want)

Out of interest, how many places are left?

Okay, Roj is fine with his Jaguar placing and driver choice.

Mithras, the choice of driver is fine but the team placing may turn out to be a slight problem depending on a few things. If either Ant or Jetster retake Alonso and Trulli, then Lipe in Renault will have to make way and he had already declared Jaguar as his backup team. If that happens, you will have to move to another team. It's just a way of keeping the people that previously entered the Championship last year a chance of keeping what they had last year. You'll definitely be in the Championship though.

Why don't you try and rope in some people from other forums? How about starting a topic in Gerneral Chat asking if anyone who uses that forum would be interested? (Best not to allow Newbies in, though.)
