Anyone use any other combination for PC gaming? Just wondering because there's a guy here at SR who uses right click to move forward, which to me sounds just ridiculous.
He swears by it though, and can easily show me up in CS:S so what do I know?

Same. Zboard gaming layout; I use WSAD with C to crouch etc, makes it so much easier and more user friendly than using the arrow keys on a standard keyboard.

Memo, I tried it too but just couldn't get the feel, and zooming/silencing with ctrl or something is just too weird. Only change I make from default is to switch crouch and walk action buttons.

I have a friend who does that.
I tried it for a while and it's decent enough when you get used to it, but I found it makes it harder to manoeuvre in some circumstances.

WSAD for me, QE strafe in Warcrack. Etc.
I used to use the arrow keys for FPS games. That sucked muchly as I had very limited access to other keys.
Now I have a Z-Board which is really rather good.
I just use the standard layout with WASD for Warcrack though.
