Dear Tesco personal finance
I recently applied for a credit card with you and was sent a letter in return stating that I needed to send a copy of one of a few certain documents with my address on.
I am still interested in having a card with Tesco, but in-keeping with my forgetfulness that caused me to lose my Club Card, (as I stated on my application form), I have now lost the letter that I was required to return with my document. I am sending you a copy of my car insurance, which has my address on but should you require anything else from me can you please contact me on
