Apparently Henry was offside for the first and Southampton should have had a free kick before the second.

Well, with the ref's backing, they may well win the league at this rate...

True.

What, you mean like... only 5 or so penalties against them at OT in 10 years?

Yup, and we're favoured by officials...

Nah, Scholes should have went though; don't deny it ;)

And Arsenal in the Battle of Old Trafford? Well, they all should have been locked up.

I've said it before, and I'll gladly say it again:

``Until something is done to "assist" referees in their descision-making, they will always have a big-say in the way the Title is decided and which clubs go-down.´´

It doesn't matter whether it's disallowed goals or what; it all effects events and the outcomes of each-game, somehow.

While Arsénal could have one-or-two descisions go their way to assist them in their Title-chase, I fear more for the clubs like Leeds and Wolves, who could be hit by much-worse if they do fall into Div.1 because of one stupid mistake my Paul Dirkin.

And I thought the Arsenal fans were supposed to be the whiners...

Oh well!

Saw the the goals on The Premiership - not much wrong with either.

Out of interest... were you whining about the 'new' offside rule when Nostrilboy scored against Everton, or praising the change?

After a little set-to in midfield, Scholes wandered off about 15 yards with the ball, preventing a quick Boro free kick. If the refs are 'backing' Arsenal, one wonders why he was not booked for it; after all, Ashley Cole was recently booked for a very similar 'offence'.

Yes, the irony of contrasting Arsenal's favour with the officials against the sheer weight of legitimate chances and even goals ruled out for United this year...

I really hope Chelsea knock them out of the cup and beat them at the bridge in the league.
