When i go he reels of god knows how many questions, which i never have the time to answer because he is poking about in my mouth. The questions he has asked me over the years he could have known my life story if only he let me answer.

I had the same problem when I was having two teeth out when I was 9. There was some dentist's assistant asking me about a whol load of crap. If I had been able to, I really would have told her to shut her damn mouth.
Is that the designations of all the teeth you need work on next time?
My dentist just says "D4 G3 J1 A2 B4 F1 G1 K9"
