how come sniper is a reg, he doesnt seem to put in much effort.

I'm not sure if its possible now. They're a pretty tight bunch (community spirit not stingy). Post a lot, win a game, carry on posting a lot seems to be the criteria, as far as I can tell.

how long does it take to be a reg then.
