I keep getting emails from System Administrator saying that my email could be sent.
But the weird part is that i am not sending any email, and it gives me the time that i sent it, but half of the time that it says i sent it i would of been at school.
Also there is an attachment which i have never heard off befor, or even sent which is making me think it is a virus, but i have done a full system scan and run live update.
I have also run ad-awaware and it still does it.
The attachment that it says i tried to send is ATT00019.eml.
I am getting about 2-3 a day, the last one i got was about 20 mins ago:

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was
sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to
find out the correct address.

So if you get an email from my .dsl.pipex account and it has a weird attachment that ends in .exe .eml ect then delete it.

It's one of these new viruses, the thing pulls email addresses off webpages and other peoples PC's and mails itself all over the place. Any up to date anti virus can prevent infection but you'll still have to delete the emails yourself, though stuff like Norton deletes the attachments (which carry the virus) automatically. If you opened and attachment you just infected your pc.

If you haven't already tried this, have a go and see if it weeds out anything that might be causing the problem:

Or a spammer has used your address as the return address.

I had it before. Read the message body (it may be attached) to see what you/they sent...
