In my opinion, fifa 2004 is great with all division 1,2,3 teams, but the people look nothing like they do in real life. The graphics need to be sharper.

Don't forget that in real life you can't run as fast as you usually can when you got the ball.
The player you are controlling might be slower than the oppositions oppenent and could have more fatigue.

I'd have Fifa 2004 over PES 3. The game is truly great and is just like the real thing.

Pro evo is the staple diet of the football game retard, the kind of fool who buys fifa manager or 4-4-2 instead of champo. Given, pro evo one was probably better than fifa 1999-2002 but that was because they weren't great.
Fifa 2003 regenerated football games and shows the previous fifas and all the pro evos, for the poorly programmed unrealistic piles of * that they are. This was then reformed by fifa 2004. Play fifa 2003+ after playing pro evo and you will see the superior levels of gameplay and realism, a far cry from the ridiculous dribbles and standard goals of previous fifa games.
