It has just been revealed that she has had a mis-carriage.
They struggled to have thier own kids and had to adopt.
It now appears obvious that it wasn't her with the problem, and Tom is firing blanks.
Her pregnancy is a good reason to split up, so the question is:
Who planted the seed?
meka_dragon: Celebrity Gossip S**t!
Nope, obviously not.
...I think not!!
So, Tom Cruise, Top Gun, eh?
They are just normal people, and really their lives aren't that interesting, but that said, they are in the public eye, and when something does happen it will get gossiped about in just the same way as 'that girl down the road' by old ladies on street corners.
And if we can suggest that a major Hollywood star is firing blanks, then jokes will be made at his expense, just as you joke about things that happen to people you know.
Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman are human beings like the rest of us, the only difference is that they are known world wide for their acting abilities, and now their breakup.
Personally, I would be very affronted to have my marriage life splattered all over the tabloids, all over the web, all over the gossip magazines and all over the media in general. I would class that as part of my private life, something that was left to me after I had given everything else to the world.
So I think there should be limits to exactly how much we know about celebrities and how deep we delve into their private lives. The press say that the public have a 'right to know'. Do we? If any of us suddenly hit the limelight would we agree with that?
The papparrazi have gone way to far in the past, and will continue to do so, recent fiascos been trying to get a picture of 'Madonna and child', following George Clooney about in speedboats whilst he was on a yachting holiday, and trying to gain access to the Cruise/Kidman medical files.
Just how much the press think we need to know about our favorite celebrities is beyond me, do they actually have limits? It seems not.
These celebrities have enriched our lives, the least we can do is afford them a right to privacy rather than force the public's scrutiny upon them.

(Maybe I should come back later?)
