Okay, I'll answer the questions.
HHH still uses his backstage power. There was an interesting article that I read today saying that he was the main one lobbying for the slower style that the WWE have been implimenting in recent months because it suits his style more than anyone. Also, he and Shawn Michaels wanted a triple threat match at Wrestlemania with Benoit because most wrestlers backstage believe HHH doesn't want to job.
Heyman is back. He is not writing the shows but he is writing his own segments.
