On the "Guest" account for Windows XP (Pro), is it possible to password protect the hard drive partiony bits, or better still, My Computer?
I'm setting it up y'see, and I don't want the person to be able to access anything but the shortcuts on the desktop.
If this isn't possible through XP, is there software that will do this?

The shortcuts are linked to your C:\ (Hard Drive) drive if you think about it. If you lock the hard drive then the shortcuts wouldn't be linked to the programs. You could set the folders up in your Documents folder and then only you would be able to access them, as far as the Hard Drive goes I don'th think you can. Although you could stop them from modifying the contents by disabling right click and changing what they have access to.
