There used to be a spoof hospital show on channel 4 about 10 years ago - I think it was Australian, can't remember what it was called - St Something-or other. Now THAT was funny. This didn't make me laugh.

The first one wasn't very funny. Last nights was better, especially when the guy was blasting plates with the shotgun and a cigar. But it's still a bit... trying too hard.
