who saw that thing last year on bbc two? it was called the day that britain stopped. it didnt stop it just seem to slow down 2 miles to about 3 mph!
It snowed a veritable blizzard here, and everyone panicked because they couldn't get into London, or the tubes were going to get clogged with ice or something stupid like that. I went into London on Thursday - all the was to Kings Cross, Uxbridge and back again, and out of London, and it was fine. So from that, I have concluded, that people who work in London are wimps.
Stupid council workers
They plough all the snow infront of people's driveways so there is a wall of snow blocking access and then the Grit bin is empty. It hasn't been used since it was put there so they must have put it there empty.
