Hi all,
I got Mozilla recently (had it about a month now) and I am very impressed. But, I am on the verge of uninstalling it due to any flash or quicktime content on sites being 'jumpy'. It is not like this in IE, and when I move the mouse quickly from side to side on screen in Mozilla this fixes the problem while I move the mouse, but it is really anoying. Does anyone know of a perminate fix to this, or of a setting that I haven't changed in the prefferences to fix the error?

Also, why do some pages come up as HTML code rather than being a page as they are supposed to be and as they do in IE?

All help is much aprecieated,
S.A.

Worked it out. I had the files as php, which my host no longer supports, and so it was edited to text/plain type by the server rather that text/html. All sorted now.

Tried Firebird, and it did it too. I think it is something to do with processing prorities and the browser not requesting all the CPU it need except when the mouse is used, but as I have ME I can't change any processing priorities. This is just a guess but it seems plausable enough.

I was going to tell you that you might have more luck on a mozilla specific forum, but I see that you've already posted on mozillazine.org, so I won't bother!

Other than that, all I can suggest is completely removing flash and/or mozilla and then trying again. http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/faqs/flash.html

Also, does this happen with Firebird as well? It might be worth trying that to see if you can isolate the problem a little further. (It's a good browser too - you might even prefer it.)
