The results of last nights Royal Rumble:

First and foremost, Chris Bentiot won the Rumble. What? So thats Bention in the main event a Wrestlemaina 20. That is not right. Thats also another Smackdown main event. The WWE have lost it. :(

Also Triple H retained the title. :( He has held it to long for my likeing. Shawn Michaels deserved to win the title. Oh well...

Brock Lesnar retained the title against Bob Holly. I am not a fan of Brock Lesnar, never was, but I am so glad he kept the title. Hardcore never deserved a title shot in the first place.

Eddie beat Chavo. Yay!

Quite a rubbish PPV. How, in their right mid, did the WWE let Bentiot win the rumble? Lets hope he puts up a good match a wrestlemaina. Doubt it.

Yeah, I agree, a change is nice and Benoit is finnaly getting that final push he deserves. I do hope he wins the title and I'd be happy for HHH to lose it to Benoit.

Who should headline Wrestlemania? HHH? Shawn Michaels? Angle? Brock?

Benoit is perfect because it's a change. Benoit has been surpressed long enough and fully deserves his chance. If anyone wasn't ready for Wrestlemania main eventing, it was Brock. Remember the botched shooting star press? He must have done that millions of times, big occasion, botched.

He makes no sense. Anyway, I'll say what I thought of the PPV once I've watched it.

I never said that Bentiot is not a good athlete I meant he is nothing. Well Ok I suppose but him headlining Wrestlemania XX is just not right.

Another thing, I will prove that Bob Holly didn't deserve a title shot.
Since he came back he has been in 3 mathces. He won the Survivour Series one and the one on Smackdown against the Big Show. H e lost against Brock Lesnar.
So explain to me, before he broke his neck, he was a mid carder. And suddenly he comes back and gets a title shot because Brock broke his neck.
So if brock broke, say, Billy Kidman's neck, he would get a title shot?

The card around the main event Rumble was kept pretty short which is disappointing because there was potential. The Austin/Bischoff/Heyman segment was just an excuse to have Austin at the Rumble. A complete waste of time.

The Triple H title defense was a total cop out result. Hardcore Holly isn't ready for the main event because of his recent injuries. He needs time to settle back in after a stuttering last few years.

The Rumble itself sounded pretty good with the perfect result, in my opinion. Benoit for champ at Wrestlemania XX!

That was a really poor PPV. The Tables match was undoubtedly the worst of the night, worst than I had expected. The finish was just terrible, I don't think the crowd understand the finish to it. Then the Eddie, Chavo match was over to way too soon, same with the Rey Vs Noble match. I guess they were leaving more time for the Last Man Standing match.

The Brock, Holly match was ok, went the way I thought it would. The Last Man Standing title match was good, but it wasn't the classic match you would have expected.

And the Rumble was good, Taker's Phenom music played, Kane was eliminated via the distraction way too early, Mick Foley returned and Benoit winning was a great result.

Overall it wasn't a bad PPV, but they could have made some of the earlier matches a little longer.

I do believe that I was the ONLY person to predict the WHOLE Rumble card correctly.

Bob Holly didn't deserve a title shot? Gimme a break. Nobody on this board will agree with me, but he damn well deserves the title. His match against Big Show was entertaining. Very entertaining! I'd love to see him with the strap. Perhaps that's because I still get images of him fighting Al Snow outside the arena one PPV (SS, I think) where they ended up in the river, and he won by using the meshing to hold Snow down. Very very good match.

Chris Benoit is also due to be switching shows with Kane, and challenging for Triple H's title. This would also set up a Kane/Undertaker feud. Therefore, the WMXX Main Event will probably be Raw. But, the whole PPV will be one big main event.

Okay, so why are you wrong? Benoit is one hell of an athelete. Yeah, I would have prefered someone else win, like Hurricane or Rosey, but they decided to let someone else have the spotlight this year. Benoit is not your typical Goldberg, or Triple H. He is someone who we would LOVE to have the belt around his waist. At least the title matches would be entertaining. Not saying that HHH isn't entertaining. Summerslam 2002, 'nuff said.
