I got my self a copy of scary movie 3 a few weeks ago and it is amazing. Its sooo funny. its better than the first 2. It is strongly based on the ring. It also has parts from 8 mile in. It is a truly funny film and has just taken the top spot for my best comedys

I just watched it tonight and thought it was very funny indeed especially the bit

Anyway I do want to know what happened to Orphous though?!? I had seen it in the trailer and I looked forward to that as much as the Micheal Jackson scene which was practically the only scene I thought stood out as exceptionally funny. Why would they put it in the trailer to tease people and then edit it out the film? Makes little sense. I wanted to see that whole scene :(

I thought it was average. It was ruined by the many adverts showing the best bits. Especially the Micheal Jackson bit.

I am actually ashamed to say I watched the first one. I never watch 'teen movies' anymore, and anyone who admits to enjoying these films around me is...disposed of.
I went to see it tonight after college and I was quite entertained, although some aspects of the film were generally crap, ie the guy banging his head 30 something times.
The Michael Jackson joke was hilarious and unexpected, but other bits were a little poor.
For those who havent seen the film, it is a bit more focused than the last two film and is based mostly around the events of The Ring and Signs - with snippets from 8 Mile, the Matrix (very poorly done) and a few other things.
It wasnt as random as the previous couple of offerings, which I disliked as the Wayans Brothers arent too great at holding a plot - although it was still a good hour and a half of light entertainment - but not something I will rush to buy on dvd.
