Seriously, is American Splender on at any of your local cinemas. It's on at none by me, even the Art House that is intended for films of this nature. I've had to go with my gut and just order the Region 1 DVD.

Meh.

That was one of the best films I have seen reccently (perhaps even ever). Very, very, very good. It came this morning and I had just enough time to watch it before I had to get my bus. I'm glad I got to start my day with it. As the day went on, I had a small portion of my thoughts devoted to it and its sheer greatness. I urge you all to see it.

Funny, touching, cool and clever.

I saw this a couple of days ago (you should all move to Glasgow, where it is on at at least three cinemas) and thought it was an excellent, excellent movie. Really funny and really moving stuff. I loved the way it looked visually, occasionally veering off into comic strip mode and then at other times panning away from the sets to show the whole bright white studio littered with scruffy actors and their real-life counterparts. The acting was superb.

Worth driving a couple of hundred miles to see.

Closest to me is in Leeds according to Scoot.

Its not even showing here in Newcastle at the local "arty" cinema, the Tyneside.

Weirdness.

I didn't think it was out yet, but had already guessed that Harlow would give it a wide berth. Perhaps DVD is the way to go.

I don't know what an untimely stench is but:

I am rubber, you are glue.
