I use Mozilla already, anyway.
So this mail program..?

No, not at all.

Good stuff. I'd reccommend going to mozdev.org and picking up the mouse gestures plugin - it speeds up browsing no end. You can also set an option so that the middle mouse button opens links in a new tab, which I find dead useful.
There's also Firebird, a standalone browser that is pretty cool, as well as being nice and fast.

If using IE6 and XP. With XP disk in, click start-run and type sfc /scannow . It will update all the system files and sort out any corruption.

Does it interfere with IE in any way i.e. do I need to uninstall IE?
Might give it a try...

Go to add/remove programs, select Internet Explorer 6, and click the remove button. IE will the ask you if you want to repair or uninstall it. Select repair and it should sort itself out.

I did use mozilla, but the flash plugin for it was really slow and jumpy, and made flash jumpy in IE, so i uninstalled it.
mozilla.org
There should be loads of Outlook Express-a-likes. Try download.com, see what they have to offer.
Any other email programs like Outlook Express I can use. Not Outlook, either.
