Mine would be my nose. I hate it. I'm not normally that conscious about my looks (or lack of), but I really hate my nose. It's ever so slightly bulbous at the end, and in the right light and angle it looks a bit wonky. Can't stand the thing.

My skin is the only body part I really would want to change, the rest of me feels good enough.
Brain sounds like a good idea, but the last IQ test I took was fairly big, so I don't think I could ask for all that much more.
I think the really hard thing is channeling all your potential into some kind of worthwhile project. It feels like such a waste when you do nothing with it...
Failing that, I'm sure I speak for all the guys when I say a couple more inches would be nice :^)

And I agree with Timmargh, changing the root cause, DNA, would be the way to go.
