I read the topic and thought " What idiot posted that ", question answered, i'm still far from their greatest fan however, what purpose was there in resurecting this ?

Reading back it's the title that i'd change, if i'd called it something innocuous like " Legalising guns, what a great idea " i doubt this would have got any attention 9 months ago or been ressurected.
I'll read back what i've posted and see if there is anything that i really object to although i'm happy to admit it was a stupid thing to say, i'm not quite as angry with everything as i was back then.

The Buddhist thing has helped but (and i say this with all honesty) the one thing that really calmed me down was Trish, i had so many things bothering me at the start of the year and it's helped to have talked about them.
