yep, will give that one a try. I went to an osteopath, and after cracking my spine (which was rather unsettling I must admit), I came out feeling a lot better.

I have something called a back stretcher, which is basically like a curved ladder. It seems to work, but I don't use it nearly often enough.

That 'drawing' didn't come out quite right ...

I found a good way to ease a bad back, for a while at least, it to:-

. lie on your back on the floor
. put a stool under your calves so your thighs are vertical like ...
