Who would it be?

Can be anybody - a player, a manager, even a ref - although I doubt it.

My choice would undoubtedly be Claudio Ranieri.
The man is excellent. I can't praise him enough for his approach to interviews and press conferences etc.
Quite possibly one of the nicest, and most polite managers in the game.

You've just given me a new MSN name.

Why don't Chelsea ever have any normal managers?

Best quote from Ranieri is from last season:

"I want my players to play like pirates!"

Oh and yeh, all managers have to be 'hard'.

I have to say Claudio. Their recent loss to Liverpool about sums him up. They lost and at the end of the match, goes up to Gerard Houllier and shakes his hand for a while, has a clittle chat and joke with him. A lot of managers would touch his hand and storm off.

Exactly - he can be "hard" when he wants to be, for want of a better word.

Nice guys finish last ;)

I'd have to say Paul Scholes. Genius, but you'll never hear him boasting seeing as he does about 1 interview a season!

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
