My choice would undoubtedly be Claudio Ranieri.
The man is excellent. I can't praise him enough for his approach to interviews and press conferences etc.
Quite possibly one of the nicest, and most polite managers in the game.

Exactly - he can be "hard" when he wants to be, for want of a better word.
