can someone help me find the flashlight on waterway level?

The flashlight is by the ladder, it looks a little like a gun.

P.S. Have you cheated??? Because according to a few reports, if you've cheated, you'll have a problem picking it up. So maybe its gone completly?

If you turn the lights off in the room your in, then you'll be able to see it on the tv a lot better.. Get down the ladder, turn to your right. You'll see it.

In saying that there was a bug with the game that meant that it wasn't always. Something had to happen or the flashlight was never found. I think the guards had to hear you or something so that they would go to pull the torch out.

the flashlight is underneath the walkway - there's a ladder you can use.
