"I need suggestins for site design, please"

It's purely a personal site with stuff on that I like. What I would like from you people is simply some suggestions about the layout, e.g. where to put the title or section links etc. I am completely devoid of any talent when it comes to design ...

The initial index, the Calvin & Hobbes page and the Computers/Wallpapers pages are the design I'm currently going with - is this any good or can you suggest improvements? Nothing fancy, i.e. no Javascript menus or rollovers, just simply HTML and/or CSS.

ANY suggestions would be appreciated.

I've finally settled on a design ... for now.

It can be temperamental but the hosting's free so I can't complain.

I'm editing and uploading as I go so I can check the server side includes - you probably tried to view it as I was uploading or something.

Your site is weird in that after typing the URL and pressing enter, the "Page cannot be displayed" message shows up. Pressing Enter again then correctly displays the site.

It's weird, and means I have to use twice the effort to get to your site (two key taps instead of one, but still...).

Ahh yes, I see. I was just looking at the 'Music' page, the scheme on the layout you're using is good. My mistake.

The main text is supposed to be on a white background - what browser are you using?

The only pages that are using the current design are the main index, Calvin & Hobbes and the Computers/Wallpapers pages.
