I searched on UrkiE, and i got some strange things...

mine came up with some kind of german icon by the name of Urkie Purkie. There's also someone else on the net with a net-tag of Urkie, but they have a lower case e.

Damn. i want that lower-case e.

When I searched for Pliskin it came up with lots of artists and a few japanese pictures of Snake.
