You know that big fuss the Daily Mail made about New Tax Credits, where people weren't given their money on time and stuff? I was doing that last January for 10 weeks, working after college. I'm about to go back, presumably, to do the same sort of work, I'm not sure, I just know I'm doing New Tax Credits again.
And, no, it isn't our fault people didn't get their money, it was the damn computers. The entire network would go down for hours on end. There were some nights we couldn't do ANYTHING. Plus, they gave us too much work. Even I, the almighty MoJo, couldn't meet the targets they wanted. It was a big mess.
