I am now systematically going through the phone book registering local telephone numbers for broadband. I have registered 2 people today, making up random first names and using partially correct postcodes.

Now i just need to keep the number of registrations per day to a reasonable level, to avoid arousing unwanted attention.

This is the best thing I've ever heard. You should apply to the minister for broadband for funding or something.

Which'd then go on to explain all the packages.
