Put the good and bad points of the game.
don't be one sided. Although my one was sort of okay, i think it seriesous hampered my chances of success. see the castlevania heart of dissonance review.
Don't write basically what is on the game box, or detailed instructions on how to play it - just try to convey what you liked or disliked about the game, and what features single it out against any other similar games.
add humour too - it makes it fun to read.

Try not to just tell the story of the game. People want to know what the game is like, not what the game is about.
