"CDs vs Carts"

Now this is a tricky one which is the best CDs or Carts.

CDs play higher quality FMV's, It can play higher quality sound, It is cheaper and can hold larger games than Carts. Yet Carts also have strong advantages. It doesn't need loading, They are very versatile and the system used to run them do not break down as easily.

Now most of you will say that CDs are the best but I disagree. CDs and Carts are just as good as each other but should be used in different ways. CDs are the best for home consoles as they have the capabilities to produce the highest quality of games. But Carts are probably the safest to use for Hand held devices such asd the Gameboy.

This is because they take up less space, Many people play the Gameboy for a quick go and there is no room for loading and traveling puts these games through many knocks and bumps and Carts are the more versatile format.

This shows that Carts and CD's are both in their own right an excellent format in which to play games but should be used in different ways so please don't say goodbye to Carts just yet.

I like carts for my console, my games tend to lie on the floor and if you stand on one it might not be so bad, but with CDs it's bye bye game (I've done this twice, but with demo disks, which I didn't like... Dunno how they ended up on the floor though).
