Christmas this, New Year that. I'm sick of hearing about it all, more so as I have no sodding money to enjoy it with. So I ask you to look to the not too distant future and tell me what you are most looking forward to next year, whatever it is. It can be absolutely anything, but beware of looking a prat by saying

the thing i iz most lucking forwerd to most next year most iz big brother 6!!!!!!!!!1111111111

Ok, I'll go first - the thing I am most looking forward to next year is finally finishing my 5 year course at Uni, going on a well deserved holiday abroad, followed by hopefully getting a reasonable job and a bit of financial security for once.

How about you then?

Might do, might do. All up in the air at the moment; I'm waiting on hearing whether the Unholy Spirit will complete it's current task in the White House and in Saudi (or maybe the mountains of Afghanistan; I'm never sure where Osama is these days. He's stopped returning my calls. At least Georgie knows just how high to jump when he's given a command...).

I really cannot think of one thing I am looking forward to about 2004. I do tend to take things as they come though and dont really get prematurely excited (nor do I do so in a sexual context). I'm not even wetting myself about xmas like half the population of the world is (the other half are muslims).

My birthday is in January and I will be 17, but that doesnt really mean anything. I can drive, whoopee, I cant afford lessons or a car though. Hmph.

Modest ambitions, but with some hard work...

I'm looking forward to a lot of personality changes. Or just changes!
Looking forward to becoming more reliable. More independant.
Looking forward to trying to be more optimistic about looking forward.
Looking forward to driving.

And that's all. But secretly, I'm more excited about all the new movies I wanna see. :p

2004 is (hopefully) going to be a good year for me. I'm buying my own car (after driving round in my Dad's for 3 years), getting my own pad - well, with the girlfriend anyway and sorting myself out with becoming a Driving Instructor.

I'm also off on holiday to Florida again. With the Parents though.

So, all in all, an expensive year for me! I'll be getting my car at the back end of Feb, going on holiday in August then might see about the house after that.

As long as it doesn't turn out as crappy as this year, I should be OK.
