1ST Class mail - send it out before Dec 20th
2nd Class Mail - too late for that now
Special Delivery - send it out before Dec 23rd
Failure to do so will result in the person you've sent the mail not getting it on the intended date................. however actually mailing before those dates is no guarantee either if everywhere is like the office i work in :-D
