Hmmm...

Yup, the music is fantasticly heavy, and the lyrics (because they're foreign) sound spectacular. In fact, it sounds quite gothic as a result of the combination of a deep singer and the words, it gets me into a trance of anger, almost.

It's called 'Feuer Frei', which means 'Free Fire' (or fire at will). Rammstein are pretty damn good: 'Feuer Frei', 'Ich Will', 'Links 234' and 'Mein Herz Brennt' all rock. Altough one song on Mutter is kinda creepy when the vocalist says something that loosely translates as 'Before we start, I will go and kill your children' or something.

What's the point if you don't know what they're saying?

Heh, i've just noticed a subtle similarity between Marilyn Manson and Rammstein - their tunes and overall musical combination are strangely alike...

I bought the DVD Live Aus Berlin for someone for Christmas as i knew they liked them, i previously didnt. After watching the DVD now, i can safely say...i have been put off for life.

Dont like them one bit.

That's a shame - i mean, it must be the kind of music that only some people can connect to.

I can understand some of their lyrics, and most of them are not very nice. But since that it's all in German, the accent makes it sound really agressive.

Actually, if we're being pedantic it means "I want to". Subtle but bloody annoying when you're constructing German sentences...

Their music makes me feel like I am a Nazi, standing there, marching, going "Hail Hitler!" and the lot.

Therefore I love it.
