I have no job, my last pay cheque has to pay for the tax on my car, and this months credit card payment. Nothing whatsoever after that, which is a bi*ch as I have a gym membership payment at the end of this month.
Have bought no presents, and obviously cannot, everyone will have to make do with a card :( . It's my birthday next weekend, which will be great, being flat broke. I'm off the drink completely as I desperately need to repair my health and fitness. And I have a whopping great PHP assignment to complete by the end of this week, that I am only starting today.
The decorations aren't up, and with the way things are I can't be assed putting them up - what's to celebrate?

Sorry to hear about peoples' crap christmases.
My only problems are the leg - though I'm waiting for the operation, and there's no point worrying about it, since there's nothing I can do - and money. I spend loads on presents, which, let's be honest, people don't really particularly want (depsite my best efforts), and they'll all get me stuff I don't want either.
It's just turning into an expensive waste of money, to make token gestures of affection because nobody wants to be the one to say 'feck it, lets cut this lame present crap, it's a pointless hassle and a big financial burden all round'.
Still, hopefully I'll be on incapacity benefit for the time I can't work (applied today, waiting to hear). Until then I'm slowly draining the remaining space in my overdraft.
Oh well.

Mm, but people are really stingy and greedy around Christmas on Ebay. If they're selling something that's worth a tenner in the shops they'll start it at £70, or if you're trying to sell something, you don't get anything!
