Might entertain a few of you for a few seconds.

Might not work for all but its a small file and there is no harm in trying.

Good. Because that would be bad. Oh and there are some errors with names spelt a little wrong but that just adds to the challenge :-)
Good to see it does work for some.
YOU WIN!
Nice. This'll keep me amused for a while.
And I won't open the .txt files and cheat.
*Ahem*
I typed "java hangman", when infact I shoudl've typed "java Hangman".
I like solving my own problems seconds after I ask for help.
It said (after I typed java hangman) "Exception in thread "main" java.lang yada yada etc"
And it listed all the files.
What you do now?
I r geeneas.
I put the folder into D:, so then I ran it from there.
Tada
I'm on XP, so I go Run>Command then type cd.
But it keeps C:\DOCUME~1\Craig
So, I type cd again. Same.
So I type cd Hangman.
And I get "Invalid Directory"
Bah!
What you have to do is Unzip the files into one folder (easier to put in on the C: drive as something like C:\Hangman
Then open a DOS windown and use cd.. (type cd.. and then press enter) to remove folders in the command line so that it goes from something like C:\Documents and setings\user to just C:\
then type cd Hangman and you will get C:\Hangman\
then type java Hangman
If your PC has the required JAVA thing then it should work, if not then either your PC dosn't or I have failed :-P
