At the moment nobody can back up teir sites at all. If you can give people the option to that would easily sort things out.
Can't you have it set up like Cpanel for users where we can choose to backup and download to our own machines, then you dont need to spend any money on extra space and time to do the actual backups?
I believe on Cpanel you can back up both MySQL data and website data into a gzip file then download to your PC?
Worth looking into and would save you the hassle of backups yourself!
While we do backup data on a basis to suit our own operational requirements, it's not a service we offer to customers.
It's actually very difficult to backup over 300 Gb's of data on a regular basis when you're offering a free service.
There are many other services available that may suit your requirements.

They don't back up either.
The fact that it was their fault too made it worse. Took me hours to upload it all again. The forum couldn't be replaced though, lost everything there.
