Im a big fan, dont get me wrong but theres are somethings i still dont get.
1)What does anomally mean?
2)If the door on the left led to the restoration of zion, how so if it would still be in the matrix?!
3)how did neo stop the sentinals at the end of reloaded
4)how are human beings turned into batteries?
Please if any of the above are explained or anything else in revolutions, dont tell me!

vis-a-vis - same as, similar to
concordantly - friendly, or balanced (soooo wrong)

Let me tell you something - the Matrix is NOT real, just something dreamt up by two brothers made into entertainment through the film medium. But as always, I want to help, so I'll anser your questions for fun...

2) I think when Neo entered the "source", and met ol' treebeard, they were out of it, like one of the "maintenance corrdiors" earlier in the film. Ergo, he wasn't actually in the Matrix, just some program run by the machines out of it. Think of it as one program accessing another - the Matrix is one big mother of a proggy (say Windows), and somehow Neo got exited the prog and entered DOS, for example.
Actually that's a pretty good viaualisation.
