Watching Coventry v Sunerland, a crunching tackle just saw Colin Healy's leg broken clean at the shin. They showed the tackle again in slow motion, and it was like one of those fake videos you always get sent in e-mail. Foot goes straight through the leg, bottom half of which just flails around unnaturally.
Christ that went straight through me. Sympathies go out to that poor bloke, you could see how much pain he was in, and the guilt on the face of the player who made the tackle (who's name I forget), despite there being no malice in the tackle at all, was quite touching.

Basically what happened to me, except it was just under the knee.

2 players from opposite directions lunging for ball, coventry bloke clips sunderland blokes boot, boot goes into ground early and momentum + collision resulting in snap of the lower shin.
